Style Aftercare by Your Web Stylist is your dedicated support center for accessing helpful tutorials, troubleshooting technical issues, and requesting assistance with your website and connected marketing tools.
How to Request Support
- Click Submit Ticket at the top of the Help Center.
- Describe the technical issue you're experiencing.
- Include the website URL, relevant screenshots, and any error messages.
- Submit your request and watch for an email response.
You can also select My Tickets to review existing support requests.
What's Included in Style Aftercare?
Style Aftercare provides technical assistance for eligible existing Your Web Stylist web design clients with an active support plan.
Depending on your plan, support may include:
- Troubleshooting Showit website issues.
- Assistance with existing Flodesk forms and integrations.
- Technical adjustments to existing website functionality.
- Help resolving supported platform connection issues.
Please note: Website redesigns, new page creation, branding changes, and other creative design services are not included in technical support plans. These services are quoted separately.
Your Support Hours
Annual Plan — $399/year
Includes up to 6 hours of technical support per year.
Monthly Plan — $100/month
Includes up to 1 hour of technical support per month.
Unused support hours do not roll over. Additional support beyond your plan allowance requires a separate quote and approval.
Need Urgent Assistance?
Rush requests are subject to availability and a separate $100 rush fee, which must be approved before work begins.
Same-day service is not guaranteed.
